The three-tank system is designed for applications where ultrasonic cleaning alone is not enough and parts need additional rinsing and drying before moving to the next production stage.
Compared with a basic single- or dual-tank cleaner, this configuration separates the main treatment stages and provides two ultrasonic treatment configurations, filtration, heated cleaning/rinsing, and a dedicated drying stage.
This makes the series suitable for batch cleaning of machined components, automotive parts, metal components, precision parts, and other workpieces where cleaning-solution carryover and residual moisture need to be controlled after ultrasonic cleaning.

Three-Stage Cleaning Process

The main advantage of this series is that cleaning, rinsing, and drying can be separated into dedicated treatment stages.
A typical process can be configured around:
Ultrasonic Cleaning → Ultrasonic-Assisted Rinsing → Drying

Stage 1 — Ultrasonic Cleaning

The primary ultrasonic stage removes contaminants such as machining oil, grease, coolant, particles, and polishing residue.
Cleaning temperature, ultrasonic power, frequency, chemistry, and treatment time can be selected according to the workpiece and contamination.

Stage 2 — Ultrasonic-Assisted Rinsing

The second ultrasonic treatment configuration can support the rinsing stage, helping remove remaining cleaning solution and loosened contamination from part surfaces and complex features.
The standard series supports heated cleaning/rinsing from ambient temperature up to 95°C.

Stage 3 — Drying
