This dual-tank system combines these two stages in one equipment layout:
Tank 1 — Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning Ultrasonic cavitation, adjustable power, optional 28/40kHz frequency, and heated cleaning liquid are used to remove compatible industrial contamination.
Tank 2 — Hot Air Drying After cleaning, the workpieces are transferred to the second tank for controlled drying at temperatures up to 150°C.
